- This model has improved lighting and can now also sort transparent resin foreign materials in addition to light-colored resin. - Foreign materials such as scorch marks, black spots, and discoloration in resin pellets are detected by a camera and removed by an air ejector. - It is equipped with a high-performance camera with a theoretical resolution of 40μm, capable of detecting even very small black spots. - Our unique roller drop method allows for sorting of flakes and crushed materials, which is difficult with a chute type. - The processing capacity is up to 1000kg/h, and there are models that can handle up to 3000kg/h. - It is smaller and takes up less space compared to belt-type sorting machines, and can be installed in both inline and outline configurations. - The operation panel features a highly visible color touch screen, making it easy to set parameters such as sensitivity (threshold). - Covers and other components can be removed without tools, facilitating easy maintenance. ◆ We also conduct sorting performance tests using actual machines.
